Anuhea is Kehalani’s newest development on the slopes of the Pu’u Kukui mountains on the island of Maui. Anuhea is set to have its first lottery on Monday November, 9, 2020. The development is going to consist of 164 single-family homes directly behind the Pu’u Kukui elementary school.
There are going to be 96 single-story homes and 68 two-story homes. There is even going to be a rarely seen 4 bedroom single-story model. The first homes are estimated to close in the summer of 2021.
There will be 7 different floor plans with 3, 4, and 5 bedroom configurations. The homes will range in size from 1,599 sq.ft. to 2,498 sq.ft. The average lot size is approximately 7,821 sq. ft.
In the first lottery release, the price will range from $765,000 to $803,000. Keep in mind those prices can go higher with added options and with later releases.
